Escalator for multi storey shopping malls with energy saving design based on sensors working model: working model of elevator (moving staircase) with smart human detection technology to save power in public places: escalators are used for public places like airports etc where they are operated continuously this has the disadvantage of consuming power even when there is no one to use it. So we have designed an elevator which gets power only when human is detected and shuts down itself after use. Our design is energy efficient.

Material sorting machine using color and shape while objects are moving on conveyor: there is a great demand for automated material sorting machine in small scale industries. Our project identifies material moving on the conveyor belt and sorts them based on color and shape.

2D Programmable CNC drill machine design and development: Computer numerical control involves machines controlled by electronic systems designed to accept numerical data and other instructions, usually in a coded form. CNC machines are more productive than conventional equipment and consequently produce parts at less cost and higher accuracy. This project is design of CNC machine for drilling printed circuit boards (PCB) holes with small diameters. The machine consists of three-independently move-fully controlled tables. Output pulses from the personal computer (PC) port are used to control the machine after processing by an interface card. A flexible, responsive and real-time visual C # program is developed to control the motion of the stepper motors. The educational scheme proposed in this article can provide engineers and students in academic institutions with a simple foundation to efficiently build a CNC machine based on the available resources.

Innovative lift design with scheduling and speed control based on dynamic traffic detection: in modern day sky rise buildings effective utilization of premium lift space is urgent need, since lift occupies same space in each floor, instead of making provision for several lifts effective utilization of lift space will save lakhs of rupees to the builder. Our model operates more than one lift in the same space for best space utilization and save a lot of money to the builder. The project is fully demonstrated model with 4 floors (table top design).

Sun seeking maximum power point tracking Solar panel for maximum efficiency: solar panels are less efficient due to fixed positioning since they receive solar radiation only during certain duration of the day. Instead the rotating solar panel continuously faces the sun and absorbs maximum sun radiation. It is achieved using a motor and sensors.

Latest Personal transport system with driverless car for future cities: This project involves design of a mini compact electrically driven personal transportation system with less space and power requirement. It is electronically guided to reach destination with out driver, all the cars travelling in the same direction attach themselves and moves like a train to save power and when destination of any car differs from the group it automatically detaches itself from group and travels to the destination. while remaining vehicles reform the group and continue to travel.

Voice based vehicle navigation system:  this project aims at moving a small prototype along the road using voice commands like forward, backward, right left and park etc. the voice commands are processed by computer and the actuators in mechanical system  respond to the commands. Optionally steering based control to control real car can be implemented.

Stair case climbing shrimp: this is a simple 5 bar mechanism which can climb stair case or any uneven terrain by adjusting its body for best body stability. The platform on the vehicle always tries to maintain parallel posture to the ground.

It is proven that children learn faster if they are taught using toys rather than humans without fear and the learning is fun. Regenerative Braking System to convert kinetic energy to electrical energy and store in battery: a regenerative braking system is able to recapture some of the vehicle's kinetic energy and convert it into electricity great amount of kinetic energy is lost when braking. The goal of our project was to develop a product that stores the energy which is normally lost during braking, and reuses it. This electricity is then used to recharge the vehicle's batteries.
