  1. Converting an engine (four stroke or two stroke) into a Compressed air engine.

After changing the petrol engine (four stroke or two stroke petrol cycle) into compressed air cycle the engine will get start and run on compressed air which leads to fuel less engine and smoke less engine ..

This engine will be eco friendly and pollution free!

 

  1. Dual carburetor assembling on motorcycle to switch performance to mileage.

As per the situations some people prefer performance and sometimes mileage.

So here we assemble both the carburetors for performance and mileage,

We assemble it in a way where we can switch the working processes from performance to mileage or mileage to performance.

 

  1. Diesel engine motorcycle.

Motorcycle running on diesel engine can be run an average of 80km per liter.

As diesel has low price when compared to petrol it would be a good mileage motorcycle to run in low budget!

 

  1. Compressed air motorcycle and car (petrol version).

As per the explanation regarding compressed air engine above we can construct a motorcycle or car powered by compressed air engine.

 

  1. Motorcycle running on dry ice.

Technical details will not be easy to explain here but we can convert a petrol engine into an engine which runs on dry ice without any fuel.

 

  1. Gearless motorcycle (AVG transmission).

Gearless scooters are one of the common vehicles these days. Some how many would like to have this transmission system in motorcycles. This gives proper fuel economy and balanced performance.



  1. Dual spark plugs on two stroke motorcycle to avoid fuel wastage.

When an engine ignite fuel at low RPM it get burnt the way it shall but as per the increase in RPM a very small part of fuel will not be burnt. Because of high RPM range and low timings of spark igniting system. Dual spark plug can be used to avoid such wastage of fuel.

Replacing a carburetor on an average motorcycle after selecting a proper carburetor which supports the engine configuration, there will be low performance and high mileage range.

After assembling a turbo charger on petrol engine, the performance and mileage of a vehicle will be increased. Turbo charger became one of the common mechanisms these days. This process is not commonly seen anywhere. Hub less wheel  can be used to avoid hubs in the wheels of bicycle and motorcycles.

These days, it is very common to start an engine with a simple electric button.

This rotates engine with an electric motor. It can be assembled on any motorcycle which doesn’t have self start system. This is possible after proper modifications.

The mechanical forces which is transferred to rear wheel from engine via chain drive (most commonly used) in motorcycle. It can be replaced into a belt and pulley drive to avoid oiling, greasing, vibrations and unwanted sounds. Belt and pulley drive is more resistible and have long working life when compared to chain drive.  

 

  1. Joint cross motorcycles leads to Chain less motorcycle.

The mechanical forces which is transferred to rear wheel from engine via chain drive (most commonly used) in motorcycle. It can be replaced into a joint cross system to avoid oiling, greasing, vibration and unwanted sounds.

An automatic hammer can be built to shape a metal into a particular shape without any manpower. This automatic hammer can be run on fuel or electricity. This saves manpower and time.

When a driver forget or get confused for any reason, accidents may take place. This issue can be resolved by Automatic braking system. This Automatic braking system slows down the speed of a motorcycle when there is a chance of accidents. Automatic braking system works with a process related to sensors and other mechanical components.




  1. Side stand engine killer for safety.

If a rider forgets to lift the side stand in a motorcycle to its idle position. Side stand engine killer will not allow the motorcycle to start the engine. After lifting the side stand to its proper position the engine will be able to start.

 

  1. Assembling a car engine on motorcycle for high performance.

Assembling a car engine on motorcycle will help us to build a high performance motorcycle in low budget when compared to super bikes.
